On Friday, September 11, 2026, the Corporation Office personnel have a variety of meetings away from campus. As such, there will be periods of time when the office is closed. Please call ahead before you make the trip to the office to ensure the person or persons you need to see are present.

The Riverton Parke Senior Class held a fundraiser to raise money to be donated to the Chase Bennett Scholarship Fund. Chase was an active member of the class of 2027, and the seniors wanted a way to honor Chase at the first home football game of the 2026 season. The seniors sold tickets for a balloon release that took place at the conclusion of the football game on September 4th. Students and community members could purchase balloons during lunch, at the home volleyball game, and at the football game. The total amount raised was $1,583.10 which will be donated to Chase’s scholarship fund at the Parke County Community Foundation. The senior class officers would like to thank everyone for the donations of biodegradable balloon supplies, and the volunteers, students, staff, and community for the generous contributions to Chase’s scholarship fund. #LLCB

The Riverton Parke Music Department, under the direction of Mrs. Lauren Tully, travelled to Fontanet on Saturday, August 29th for the 2026 Annual Bean Dinner. Kevin Payton, director of the event, contacted Tully about the opportunity, and it was an easy yes. As the colors were presented at noon and the flag was raised, Music Department students played the National Anthem. A special thanks to Mr. Mike Hardesty for filling in as conductor while Tully filled in a missing part in the band.
"This is the first time the band has been asked to play at an event that wasn't at the high school. We were absolutely honored for the invitation and hope to come back year after year," said Mrs. Tully about the band's experience.
Along with the opportunity to serve the community, the band was presented with a donation to help further the band. The money will directly go towards instrument repairs, music purchases, and student fees.

We are super excited to host community-centered events to bring our Panther Nation together and unite our amazing communities. We are hopeful for a large attendance at all home football games this year as we support our Panthers and cheer them on to victory. We are asking for your help as we protect the safety of all fans - young, old, and everyone in between.
There has been a growing number of unsupervised youth running around the football stadium during games. This becomes especially problematic near and around the concession and restroom area as this is a high traffic area for all fans. While we LOVE to see the young Panthers eager for their day on the field, we have unfortunately experienced hazards as a result of this unsupervised play. We ask that all fans attend and actively watch the game and cheer on our Panthers.
Please help us ensure that the younger Panther fans are supervised by their guardians throughout the contest. All of our mini Panthers need to refrain from playing and running near these high traffic areas of the concession stand, bleachers, and restrooms. Additionally, please keep footballs at home. We appreciate your support in ensuring safety and an enjoyable experience for all.
