The Southwest Parke Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees will meet in Executive Session on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The Executive Session will be held in the Corporation Office Boardroom.

The Southwest Parke Board of School Trustees will meet this evening - Wednesday, March 11, 2026 - at 7 PM in the RPHS Cafeteria. The public is invited to attend this meeting.

All Southwest Parke schools will operate on a 2-hour delay schedule today - Friday, March 6 - due to the dense fog advisory that is in place. Please be safe as you travel to school a little later this morning.

UPDATED STATUS NOTICE - All Southwest Parke schools have moved to a synchronous e-learning schedule for today - Monday, March 2, 2026. Please prepare to log on to your school e-learning site this morning. Please look for specific communication from your school shortly.

All Southwest Parke Schools will operate on a two-hour delay schedule today - Monday, March 2, 2026. We will continue to assess road conditions over the next couple of hours and may take further action later if warranted. Take your time and be extra cautious traveling to school a little later this morning.

All Southwest Parke schools will operate on synchronous e-learning on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. RPHS e-learning start time will be an hour earlier than typical (logging on at 8 AM) to allow for a full day of instruction in morning hours. Elementary e-learning start times will be the same as usual. Teachers and building principals have shared information with the students regarding the schedules for the day. Please look for those communication pieces.

All Southwest Parke schools will operate on synchronous e-learning on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. E-learning start time will likely be an hour earlier than typical (logging on at 8 AM) to allow for a full day of instruction in morning hours. Teachers and building principals will be sharing additional information regarding log in times very soon. Please be watching for those communications.

All Riverton Parke Junior-Senior High School events scheduled for this Friday, Saturday, and the weekend are canceled. Please look for further communication from coaches and sponsors in the near future.

The Southwest Parke Community School Corporation and Riverton Parke High School are saddened by the accident today involving one of our students. Counselors from the corporation, North Central Parke, and Hamilton Center are available at RPHS to help students and staff process all that has taken place. We will continue to provide support as needed throughout this process. Our thoughts and prayers are with those nearest to the situation.

The Southwest Parke Board of School Trustees will meet in special session tonight - Monday, February 2, 2026 - at 7 PM in the RPHS Cafeteria. The public is invited to attend this public meeting. The meeting will also be streamed on our website for those who are unable to attend in-person.

All eLearning assignments are due on Monday, February 2.

This includes the Day 3 eLearning paper packet and any synchronous eLearning assignments from January 27–29.

Most students turned in all assignments today, which we greatly appreciate!
