Eleven Riverton Parke High School students had the opportunity to participate in the Parke County Youth in Government Day. This event was sponsored by the Rockville Rotary Club and the Purdue Extension - Parke County office. The Youth in Government program was conducted via two virtual Zoom meetings this year. Students had the opportunity to interview local government officials, participate in a panel discussion with state and local leaders, and problem solve some of today's current issues that communities face.
