Riverton Parke Jr./Sr. High School announced its Winter Homecoming court and candidates for king and queen. RP will battle the North Vermillion Falcons in its annual Winter Homecoming basketball game on Friday, February 12, 2021. Tip-off time for the junior-varsity game will be 6:00 P.M. Coronation of the king and queen will take place between the junior-varsity and varsity games at approximately 7:30 P.M. with the varsity game to follow. Since homecoming week is the week of Valentine’s Day, this year’s homecoming theme is “Don’t Go Fallin’ For a Falcon.” The week prior to homecoming will be celebrated with themed dress up days and a pep session, culminating with the crowning of the king and queen on Friday night. Homecoming activities are sponsored by RPHS Student Council and teacher Sara Martin.
