Members of the Riverton Parke FFA Officer Team had the opportunity to “attend” the virtual Leadership Development Workshop (LDW) on Saturday, September 12th. The officer team participated in Zoom calls with chapter officers from across the state as well as interacted with the current Indiana FFA State Officers. The theme for the virtual LDW was “Lights! Camera! Action!”. The officer team participated in sessions pertaining to their officer roles and responsibilities and personality traits. Overall, the officers were able to bond as an officer team as well as plan some future events for the chapter.
FFA Officers who participated in the virtual LDW included: Front row - Kaitlin Burns (Secretary), Natalie Harkrider (President); Back row - Collin Watson (Reporter), Wyatt Koch (Junior Advisor), and Ray Brown (Vice President). The chapter advisors are Micah Humphreys and Michaela Woods.
