Riverton Parke High School’s Mason Harney has been named the recipient of the Lunsford Family Scholarship for 2020; Mason is the son of Dallas and Rebecca Harney of Rockville.
Harney plans to attend Indiana State University to major in Mechanical Engineering; he graduates from RP with a grade point average of 4.089 and is ranked 6th in his class.
One of Harney’s recommendations reads: “He has the willingness and drive to accomplish anything he puts his mind to.”
The scholarship is in its 10th year and is issued through the Parke County Community Foundation.
