A $20,000 award. RP has had a national semi-finalist!

$500 weekly awards are given
Any high school athlete from the Wabash Valley is eligible. RP has had a winner for the past 3 years!

Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship
2 local, $1,000 awards (1 male and 1 female) to a student attending a Parke county high school. RP has had several winners and recently had 2 students ALSO win a state level award of an extra $1,000 each.

Paid Internship that earns you an Associate’s Degree also pays you a salary while training. Guaranteed high wage job with NUCOR when you successfully finish the program.
Some awards are for the general population; others are available to children of NUCOR employees.

Vermillion County Community Foundation General Scholarships
Full tuition scholarship to seniors attending school in Vermillion County
General Scholarship deadline March 1, 2026 RP has had past general scholarship winners.

Open to 7th and 8th graders only
Pays 100% of college tuition for state sponsored college in Indiana
Would pay a yearly portion of tuition to private school in Indiana
