Members of Riverton Parke Jr./Sr. High School Career Club visited Anderson Plants and Produce in North Terre Haute. Students toured the greenhouse, checked out the gift shop, and fed treats to the cows. Watching the cows eat their treats was a highlight of the visit for many of the students. Each student decorated a flower pot and then transplanted their chosen flower into it. They were able to take these home for their special person for Mother's Day. Anderson Plants and Produce was very welcoming and the students can't wait to return to visit in the fall. On the way back to school, the students stopped at Gillicans Pizzeria and Creamery for a cold treat.
