Junior High Cross Country open runs (not mandatory) this week are available with Mrs. Humphreys and the high school team on Tuesday, August 1st and Thursday, August 3rd from 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Mandatory practices start Monday, August 14, 2023.
