Southwest Parke Community Schools

Twelve Riverton Parke High School seniors, six juniors, and one sophomore have earned the honor to walk through graduation Thursday, May 8th at 7:00 P.M. in Ivy Tech Community College’s commencement ceremony at the Hulman Center in downtown Terre Haute.

These students will be recognized for completing an Ivy Tech certificate in specific career fields: Ava Atkinson, Certified Nursing Assistant; Hayden Blankenship, Certified Nursing Assistant; Savannah Burleson, Certified Nursing Assistant; Kalynn Cottom, Certified Nursing Assistant; Makayla Cottrell, Certified Nursing Assistant; Jasmine Perez, Certified Nursing Assistant; Emma Ugolletti, Certified Nursing Assistant; Hayden Canfield, Maintenance and Light Repair; Caden Hughes, Maintenance and Light Repair; Jameson Kelley, Maintenance and Light Repair; Drew Kurdelak, Maintenance and Light Repair; Charles Miller, Maintenance and Light Repair; Autumn Nichols, Maintenance and Light Repair; Leah Clark, Horticulture/Landscape Management; Adam Collom, EMT/Basic Emergency Medical Studies; Dakota Dwyer, Structural Welding; A.J. Goff, Structural Welding; Stevie Hixson, Structural Welding; and Joel Harrah, Animal Agribusiness.

A special thank you goes to the Parke County Learning Center Board for providing funding for all of the graduates' caps, gowns, and tassels. Guiding these students through their coursework were Ivy Tech Community College, College Connection Coach, Hana Barton, and Riverton Parke’s Guidance Counselor, Annette Cox.
