Big shoutout to our future builders and innovators! This week, our Panthers got hands-on experience learning how to weld and operate heavy machinery—and they absolutely crushed it! From laying down their first welds to maneuvering some serious equipment, these young pros are gaining real-world skills that’ll take them far. It’s more than just class—it’s career prep, confidence-building, and a whole lot of sparks (literally). Proud of this crew for diving in and getting their hands dirty. The future of the trades is looking bright!
