Chris Blystone, writer for Stampede Blue, visited Riverton Parke High School’s Mass Media class on Friday, Nov 15. Stampede Blue is an Indianapolis Colts Football specific site which is a part of SB Nation’s vast sports network. Blystone is a top contributor to the articles and podcasts found on the popular Colts website. He provides game film analysis, news updates, and social media coverage related to the Indianapolis Colts. He also records, edits, and produces a weekly podcast covering Colts news.
During his presentation to the students, Blystone shared information regarding not only his role at Stampede Blue but also his unconventional entrance into the growing field of online writing and podcasting in the field of mass communication.
