On Monday, October 21st, 23 Riverton Parke FFA members delivered nearly 150 meals to local Parke County farmers and farmhands. A wonderful and important practice, “Feed the Farmers” has been a long standing tradition for the chapter. Chapter President, Kassidy Stone stated, ““Feed the Farmers” is one of my favorite community service activities we do throughout the year. I love delivering meals! This is just one small way we can give back to our community and show them our appreciation. They do so much for us and our FFA chapter.” While delivering meals, students asked farmers to take pictures with them. Pictures can be found on the Riverton Parke FFA Chapter Facebook page.
